Dr Sarah Choi

Dr. Sarah Choi is a gynaecological pelvic surgeon focused on endometriosis, large pelvic mass excision, pelvic pain treatment and urogynaecological procedures. After qualified as a specialist in Hong Kong, she moved to Australia to complete the Laparoscopic Gynaecological Surgery Fellowship at Sydney Women’s Endosurgery Centre (2011-2013). She then further completed a Fellowship in Endometriosis Surgery and Surgical Anatomy with Dr. Marcello Ceccaroni at International School of Surgical Anatomy (ISSA) in Negrar, Italy (2016). She is now one of the trainers of the Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at SWEC.

Sarah is a frequent speaker at postgraduate workshops and major conferences, who has taught and performed live surgery and live cadaveric dissections in international congresses and the regular SWEC course. Her surgical videos have been awarded as best presentation in multiple surgical conferences. Specialised in both laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgery, she is also a proctor for Da Vinci Xi surgery. She is certified Level 1 in Neuropelveology by International Society of Neuropelveology.
